We are happy to announce the immediate availability of the Reproduction Prints feature on Unseen. Eagerly awaited by many, it will allow artists to sell not only original artwork, but also high quality reproduction prints. Reproduction prints are available in various sizes: 4x6 inch postcards, 4x7 inch folding note cards (with matching envelopes included!) and three sizes of gallery quality Giclée prints.

If you are an artist, all you need to do in order to take advantage of Reproduction Prints is upload a high-resolution image file and Unseen will take it from there. We'll print the reproductions and ship them off to your buyer, while you sit back and watch der rubel rollt.

If you are a buyer, you may rest assured that Unseen's standard of quality is high enough to satisfy even the most discerning aficionado. We visually examine each file before printing it, and employ some of the most advanced technology available to make the prints.

Although the artist has full discretion which size prints to offer for sale. Generally speaking, reproduction prints are available in the following formats

• Postcards 4x6 inch (10.16x15.24 cm)
  Available in shrink-wrapped pack of 250, 500 and 1000 cards.
• Folding Note Cards 5x7 inch (12.70x17.78 cm)
  Available in shrink-wrapped packs of 50, 100 and 250 note cards. Matching envelopes are included.
• Small Archival Print 7.78x5.54 inch (19.76x14.07 cm)
• Medium Archival Print 11x7.83 inch (27.94x19.89 cm)
• Large Archival Print 15.56x11.08 inch (39.52x28.14 cm)

The postcards and the note cards are printed using the production grade digital press technology on high-quality card stock. The archival prints are Giclée prints executed on pure cotton paper using most advanced and archival Epson K3 technology.

To ensure high quality reproduction prints, Unseen requires that the high-resolution file supplied by the artists be big enough to provide the print resolution of at least 200 dots per inch (dpi) for the largest print size you choose, though we strongly encourage the final print resolution of 360 dpi or higher. Whenever a reproduction print is ordered, we will examine the file and make sure that it is suitable for making a high quality print and that it does not have any visible watermarks.

The artist has full discretion over setting the price of the archival prints, but not that of the postcards and the note cards. As we strive for offering a wide price range of the artwork available on the Unseen site, we've locked the prices of postcards and note cards low enough to be accessible to most visitors.
